Packaging&Shipping Note:

Your crystal(s) have been carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, crystals are natural minerals that can be delicate. Please handle with care.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in China via international air courier. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-12 business days.

All of our shipments are carefully gift wrapped to ensure that you receive them ready to give as a gift to your friends. Below are some pictures we took of the packaging, as an example, some of the box colors may be different (red, yellow, black, green, etc., we will use them randomly, please let us know when placing your order if you have any special requirements).

Open Carefully
The box contains your crystal(s) secured in a protective packaging material. Open the outer box and inner packaging gently to avoid damaging the crystal(s). Use scissors rather than tearing to open plastic wrapping. Crystals can be fragile, especially types with cleavage planes like amethyst and calcite. Always handle gently and avoid dropping or knocking crystals together.

Inspect Upon Arrival
Please inspect your crystal(s) upon receipt for any chips, cracks or damage that may have occurred during shipping. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Cleaning Crystals
Only use a soft brush or damp cloth to clean crystals. Avoid chemicals, soap or prolonged soaking as it can cause discoloration or damage some crystal types.
