Shipping Policy
We ship orders for US customer (Alaska, Hawaii and other Overseas territories are NOT included) from our US warehouse in CA via USPS/UPS/Fedex. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
We ship orders for outside US customer from our CN warehouse via DHL/UPS/Fedex.
Delivery Estimates:
– United States: 3-7 business days
– Canada&Mexico: 5-12 business days
– Japan&East Asia: 5-8 business days
– Europe: 6-12 business days
– Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
– Other International Destinations: 7-12 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or service delays by the courier company.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $30 to US/JP.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees paid to us. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs inspection.
